Redefining Leadership & Stewardship for the Kingdom
Leadership. Stewardship. Impact.
As men, we face countless challenges today, from pressures to succeed by worldly standards to the call to be faithful leaders in our homes and communities. But God has given each of us opportunities to use our time, talents, and resources to honor Him, showing self-sacrifice and giving back in ways that go beyond ourselves. It’s in these moments that we truly reflect His purpose for our lives.
Throughout my journey, from my early days in the LAPD to my role as CEO of WaterStone, God has blessed me richly, often beyond what I could have imagined. Through His guidance, I’ve come to see the importance of living courageously, stewarding what I’ve been given wisely, and challenging others to rise to this higher calling. Whether through my writings, speaking, or mentoring, my mission remains the same: to inspire men to align their success with Kingdom values and to make a lasting, faithful impact in this world.
